For several years now, K industries-ALTHAMMER has been manufacturing components for the nuclear industry. The high requirements for these products with regard to safety demand the greatest possible precision and the highest quality in their fabrication. Boron-alloyed special steels, martensitic special steels and aluminium are routinely processed by K industries-ALTHAMMER for the manufacture of carriers for fuel elements. An approval from the Gesellschaft für Nuklear-Service (GNS) as a manufacturer of containers for CASTOR® casks and the KTA 1401 approval serve as confirmation of the company’s competence.
