Custom fabrication with experience
The manufacture of high-quality, longitudinally welded stainless steel tubes is a central pillar of the company. The fabrication proceeds using individual sheets in lengths of up to 18 metres with external dimensions of 457.2 mm to 3,000 mm and wall thicknesses of between 2 mm and 25 mm.
Especially for special materials and dimensions, this offers us a flexible and cost-effective manufacturing approach and allows us to accommodate the individual requirements of customers.
Our employees have knowledge and experience gathered over many years in the processing of various different materials. The spectrum ranges from austenitic and ferritic-austenitic standard steels to heat-resistant, highly corrosion-resistant copper, nickel and nickel-based alloys.
All of the tubes are delivered including pickling as standard.
K industries-ALTHAMMER offers a special range of large-dimension piping accessories for all manner of stainless steel tubing, such as reductions, segmental elbows or T-pieces.
As an additional service and as an optimization of your project workflow, we also offer further processing in the form of grinding, polishing, etc. as well as the prefabrication of ready-to-lay pipelines and components. Our pipeline construction department stands ready to assist you with comprehensive experience gained in projects from around the world.
Of course, we are also ready to provide our services on a time and expense basis using materials you supply.
